If a crime is in progress or you have an emergency, call 9-1-1. To report a neighborhood problem or a crime that is not an emergency, call the King County Sheriff's Office Communications Center at 206.296.3311, twenty-four (24) hours a day, 7 days a week. This is our dispatch center where you may request an officer to be dispatched to your location.
Some non-emergency crimes such as mail theft, car prowls, vandalism, traffic complaints, etc., may now be reported on-line. Effective 3/16/11, this service is available to citizens living in unincorporated King County, as well as the 12 communities that contract for police services from the Sheriff's Office, including the City of SeaTac.
