The Comprehensive Plan Amendment Process, a biennial process occurring in odd-numbered years, is an opportunity for the community to propose changes to SeaTac's Comprehensive Plan.

City Council Adopts 2017 Comprehensive Plan Amendments (& Related Zoning Amendments)
On December 12, 2017, City Council adopted the 2017 Comprehensive Plan amendments and related amendments to the SMC Title 15 Zoning Code.

Special Land Use & Parks (LUP) Committee on December 4th, 3:00pm, to Discuss Map Amendment Proposals M-2 and M-2A
City Council has scheduled a Special LUP Committee Meeting, on Monday, December 4th, at 3:00pm, for additional discussion on Map Amendment proposals M-2 (Hillside Park Map Amendment & Rezone) and M-2A (Tombs Parcel Map Amendment & Rezone).  More information can be found on the City Calendar.

In order to ensure that sufficient background information is available for the December 4th LUP Committee Meeting, all materials submitted by Pier 67 Capital Partners regarding their M-2 Map Amendment proposal are provided in the links below:

Proposed Ordinances Presented at November 28th Council Study Session
City Council reviewed two ordinances related to this year's Comprehensive Plan amendments at their  11/28 Study Session.  One ordinance includes proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, and the other includes proposed amendments to the SMC Title 15 Zoning Code which are related to the Comprehensive Plan amendments.  Both ordinances include the Planning Commission's recommended proposals which can be accessed at the following links:
