Agenda Bill #4911; A Motion accepting the Permit Parking Program (PPP) Study and authorizing implementation of a pilot project was carried and became effective May 22, 2018.
Agenda Bill #4953; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with BERK Consultants, Inc. for a Police Services Study in the amount not to exceed $90,000 was carried and became effective May 22, 2018.
Agenda Bill #4886; An Ordinance #18-1019 amending the SeaTac Municipal Code regarding ground floor commercial space requirements for multi-family and retirement apartment uses in the City Center and Angle Lake Station Area overlay districts was adopted May 22, 2018 and becomes effective June 3, 2018.
The following item was acted on under New Business:
A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Lakeridge Paving Company for overlay asphalt and striping at Angle Lake Park Parking Lot, and authorizing expenditures not to exceed $134,552.00 including sales tax and contingency was carried and became effective May 22, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4923; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) regarding local funding contributions and fundraising efforts associated with the construction of the State Route (SR) 509 project component of the Gateway Program.
