As a way to reach out to residents, the City Council began holding Council Coffee Chats in 2009.  The Chats are informal and held in relaxed settings to encourage open dialogue.  All citizens are invited to attend.

Council Coffee Chats are informal discussions with up to three members of the City Council.  They are not City Council Meetings, thus there is no requirement for agendas or minutes.  As the Coffee Chats are scheduled, they will be publicized on the official website calendar and notices will be posted at various public locations.

Upcoming Coffee Chats:

There are no coffee chats scheduled at this time.  Please check back or subscribe to e-notification of "community events" to receive an email notification as coffee chats are posted.

Question and Answer Reports from past Coffee Chats:

Note:  Beginning in June 2010, the Question and Answer Reports are no longer being compiled.  The City Council will be happy to refer citizens with specific questions to the appropriate department for answers.
