Agenda Bill #4752; An Ordinance #18-1001 amending Title 15 of the SeaTac Municipal Code related to miscellaneous procedures and provisions of the Zoning Code was adopted February 13, 2018 and becomes effective March 23, 2018.
Agenda Bill #4818; A Resolution #18-001 terminating ICMA-RC Retirement Plan #109238, as established by Council Resolution 93-072 because the plan is no longer in use was passed and became effective February 13, 2018..
Agenda Bill #4840; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a slope and drainage easement with the Port of Seattle within a City-owned portion of Des Moines Creek Park was carried and became effective February 13, 2018.
Agenda Bill #4829; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between the cities of SeaTac, Burien, Des Moines and Normandy Park for environmental review of the Sea-Tac Airport's Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) was carried and became effective February 13, 2018.
A Motion approving the City Manager to amend a letter previously sent to Lime Bikes to impose a $120 penalty for each bike left in the City was carried and became effective February 13, 2018.
