The following Council direction was given at the September 12, 2017 Regular Council Meeting:

Agenda Bill #4684; A Motion declaring City property surplus and authorizing its disposal was carried and became effective September 12, 2017.

 

Agenda Bill #4697; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Amended and Restated Access Agreement with Angle Lake Hotel, LLC for an access easement at Angle Lake Park was carried and became effective September 12, 2017.

 

Agenda Bill #4699; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to award the S. 168th Street Drainage Improvement Project to SCI Infrastructure, LLC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in an amount of $198,715.50 and authorize a construction contingency of $19,872.00 (10%) and allocate an additional $21,884.50 within the 403 fund to the Project was carried and became effective September 12, 2017.

 

Agenda Bill #4638; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a one year Agreement between the Highline Public Schools and City of SeaTac for a School Resource Officer (SRO) at Tyee Educational Complex and Chinook Middle School was carried and became effective September 12, 2017.

 

Agenda Bill #4717; A Resolution #17-013 opposing safe injection sites in the City of SeaTac or within adjacent areas of unincorporated King County was passed and became effective September 12, 2017
